Located on the beautifully manicured lawns close to the parade ring, mini marquees provide a perfect base and a great way to relax, enjoy quality racing and soak up the atmosphere.

- panorama restaurant $75 pp excluding racecourse admission ($80 pp groups of 10 or more and includes racecourse admission)
- hill stand corporate suites
- the atrium (members' only)

kids activities
- Free Shetland Pony Rides will take place on the west end of the public lawn, right in front of the winning post.
- Free Camp Australia Activities including tug of war, soccer, face painting and heaps of other activities will take place on the Public Lawn just past the winning post
Santa’s Workshop
Drop into Santa’s Workshop, supported by Highpoint Shopping Centre, where you will have the opportunity to have your photo taken with Santa and the Emirates Melbourne Cup trophy! The first 100 children to have their photo taken with Santa will receive a $20 Highpoint gift card. Open from 11.20am until 4pm.
Raceday Tours
Race day patrons can enjoy free guided tours of Flemington Racecourse.
Tours depart from the Bart Cummings Statue 15 minutes prior to race 2, 3, 4 and race 5
train times
Getting to Flemington Racecourse
Trains will depart Flinders Street (platforms 8 & 9) at the following times
11:00, 11:20, 11:40,
12:00, 12:20, 12:40
13:00, 13:20
These trains will stop at Southern Cross (platform 14) North Melbourne (platform 6) and then run express to the Racecourse.
Departing Flemington Racecourse
16:25, 17:05, 17:45, 18:05, 18:25 and 18:45pm
These trains will run express to North Melbourne, then stop at Southern Cross and Flinders Street only.
